The definition of disruption;
“disturbance or problems which interrupt an event, activity, or process.”
It’s the current buzz word! It’s what big business have claimed to do and what the little guys want to be a part of. I’m not sure there has been anything like since ‘Omni-channel’ hit our vocab. But this makes me think, if everyone is doing it, how can you do it differently? Disrupt the disruptor? I mean, I don’t have the answer, do you?
